        Haiyan Power System Resources Co., Inc., (HYPSR) is a Sino-American Joint Venture located in Zhejiang Province. It was established in 1998 between Power System Resources, Inc., and Hai Yan Electric Power Meter Factory manufacture products and systems made in China based on foreign technology and know-how with superior quality and features. The HYPSR factory is located in Hai Yan with the HYPSR Sales Office in Shanghai. The combination of products and systems based on foreign technology made in China offers the most cost-effective solution to the needs and requirements of our customers.
